Yes, another month went by without a post. It seems as though life just won't slow down. Melodie has recently been feeling "big". I told her that was a good thing since she is supposed to be growing a baby. Here is a shot from today.
We a looking forward to the summer months, despite the heat, when we can spend more time focusing on ourselves and getting ready for our child.
Melodie's school is planning a baby shower for her tomorrow, and we will have two more for local family and friends in June. The hardest thing is figuring out how to tell people not to buy impulsively for us, but still appreciate what they do give. Is it so bad to ask for gift cards so we can make the educated decision for ourselves? Your thoughts? It is all new to us... but I think our crazy recycling efforts help people in understanding our wants for gifts that are recycled/reused somehow.
